Building Safety Assessment and Appraisal

The structural safety of existing buildings is assessed through specialized inspection techniques, with systematic safety assessments being carried out mainly for houses with cracks, tilting, ageing and other hidden dangers, as well as for buildings that have undergone functional renovation or structural changes. Inspection and analysis are carried out on houses that have been in use for an extended period of time or where there are safety disputes, to ensure safety in use and to provide a scientific basis for subsequent maintenance.
